   I can understand Dr Malone trying to inform us all about on 5th Generation Warfare, which is a deepening of the Informational & Perception Warfare, which our colonial fake Finance, Media, Religion, Education etc. systems have been fixated on for 7000 years for command & control.
   Deeper meaningful ‘communication’ however is in fostering cultural human sharing, caring, welcoming & economic inclusion, which all humanity’s ‘indigenous’ (Latin ‘self-generating’) ancestors cultivated. India’s ‘Swadeshi’ (Hindi ‘indigenous’ aka ‘self-sufficiency’) movement from 1917-1947 successfully brought about India’s ‘Swaraj’ (H. ‘self-rule’) recognition of India’s autonomous rule. Mohandas Gandhi exemplified this cultural-economy work as his core communication & activity.
